Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 July 2026 · Effective on install.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and the developer of the Days mobile app (“the app”, “we”, “us”), operating under the name Stewpeed Dev from Bangladesh. By installing, opening, or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and stop using it.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use Days. If you use the app on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for their use of it. Purchases require you to meet the age of legal capacity to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Your account
You can use Days as a guest — no account required. If you sign in with Google to use Cloud Sync, day sharing, or Pro features, you are responsible for the Google account you used, including all activity through it. You must not create an account for another person, misrepresent your identity, or share sign-in credentials with anyone.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload, share, or attach content that infringes anyone else’s rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, other) or that you don’t have permission to share.
- Use the app to distribute unlawful content, including sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, threats, harassment, or content that violates any applicable law.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to bypass technical measures in the app, its billing, or the shared-day system.
- Attempt to scrape, brute-force, or enumerate share codes; use automated tools to interact with our servers; or overload our infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Violations may lead to loss of access, account termination, and — where legally required — reports to authorities.
4. Your content
You own the days, titles, images, and other content you create in the app. You keep all rights to that content. To operate the app on your behalf, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, cache, display, and re-encode your content strictly as needed to provide the features you use (Cloud Sync, sharing, image preview, calendar export). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
Shared days are made accessible via a random code (see the Privacy Policy for the specifics). While a day is shared, anyone who has the code — including anyone you sent the link to and anyone they forwarded it to — can view it. If you want a day to stop being visible, tap Stop sharing in its edit screen; the code becomes invalid immediately.
5. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
5.1 Where purchases happen
Every purchase (recurring subscription or one-time Lifetime Pass) is processed by Google Play, not by us. Prices shown in-app include the price in your local currency; the actual charge is what Google Play shows you at checkout and may include local taxes.
5.2 Subscription plans
Days offers recurring Pro subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) and a one-time Lifetime Pass. The plan you pick tells you the billing cadence (e.g. Quarterly = billed once every 3 months). All plans unlock the same Pro feature set for their active period.
5.3 Auto-renewal
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price and cadence, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Google Play may charge you up to 24 hours before the current period ends. Prices may change; we will notify you in advance and Google Play will ask you to accept the new price where required.
5.4 Cancelling
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from Google Play (Play Store app → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Days → Cancel), or via Settings → Manage subscription inside Days, which opens the same Google Play page. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
5.5 Refunds
We follow Google Play’s refund policy. In most cases refunds are handled by Google Play — you can request one at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. Where local consumer law requires additional refund rights (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in the EU), those rights apply on top of the Play policy.
5.6 Lifetime Pass
The Lifetime Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features on the Google account it was bought on for the lifetime of the app. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the app’s availability; it does not obligate us to keep the app running forever. See §11 (Termination) and §12 (Warranty).
5.7 Free trials and introductory pricing
If we offer a free trial or introductory price for a subscription, the specific terms (duration, price after trial, one-per-account limits) will be shown in-app at the time of purchase and enforced by Google Play. Not cancelling before the trial ends means you will be charged the full price.
6. In-app content and third-party services
Maps, geocoding, and some default background images are provided by third parties (see the Attributions page). Their availability is outside our control; if a third-party service is disrupted, the related feature may temporarily stop working.
7. Intellectual property (ours)
The Days name, app icon, wordmark, UI design, code, animations, curated background collection, and other original content in the app are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights explicitly granted by these Terms, no other rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.
8. Open-source components
Days uses open-source software listed on the Attributions page. Those components are provided under their respective licences, which prevail over these Terms with respect to those components only.
9. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you agree we can use them for any purpose without any obligation to you (compensation, attribution, or otherwise). Do not send us content you consider confidential.
10. Beta features
Some features may be labelled beta, experimental, or preview. They are provided “as is”, may change or be removed without notice, and are not covered by any service-level commitment.
11. Termination
You can stop using Days at any time by uninstalling it. You can delete your account (and its cloud content) from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account, or via the Delete your account page if you no longer have the app installed.
We can suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if you use the app in a way that risks harm to other users or to the service, or if we are legally required to. If we discontinue the app, we will give reasonable advance notice inside the app or by email (to signed-in users) so you can export your data.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Days is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or secure. You use the app at your own risk. Reminders, notifications, and countdowns are provided for personal information and should not be relied on where missing them could cause harm; verify critical events through a second channel.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$20. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damages, or expenses arising from (a) content you upload or share via the app, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith by email; if it cannot be resolved, it will be brought exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless mandatory local consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
16. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live (including EU/EEA consumer law, UK consumer law, and equivalents elsewhere).
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect, and the “Last updated” line at the top will change. If you continue to use Days after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not, stop using the app before the effective date.
18. Contact
For any question about these Terms: stewpeed.dev@gmail.com. Please include the phrase Terms in your subject so we route it correctly.
